I came in with AC issues with my car, so I brought it to them, and not only did they fix it, but they brought me into the shop to show me where the problems were before quoting me any prices and repairing. Unfortunately, my compressor had to be exchanged, but the price was not nearly as expensive as I’ve had in previous shops. They found the issue, fixed it, and had it ready in the same day.On another visit I wanted to have my rotors and break pads changed, and he even told me not to change my back ones because they were still good. This speaks on their honesty for sure. I took my Jx35 to mastertech about a week ago. I needed a cv axle replaced, but i also had other issues that were specific to the handling of the vehicle. Mo was more than willing to say, lots go for a drive, so we can see what it's doing together. That alone led to the finding of the problem, which I was able to take care of a few days later. They were able to replace the cv axle i needed within just a couple of hours! They got me in and out super quick. They have excellent prices, and good workmanship. I found my place.. Needed my cars a/c checked up as it was experiencing some problems. I asked what will it cost me to have it looked at. Moe told me it wouldn’t cost me a penny until I agree to have it worked on for labor & parts. Upon finding the problem & receiving the quote, I agreed to have my a/c repaired the next day. He seemed a bit disapproving of my decision. Well I’m waiting for my car he comes back & shows me my cabin filter saying that it needs to be replaced, & proceeds to throw it away. Drives my car around & then hands me another quote this time he is charging me $50 for the supposedly “free diagnostic”.m. He tells me when I return for the repair it will cost me $50 less so basically I’m paying up front?Found the part online & saved some money repairing it myself. Like changing a light bulb Less
