Sure I was a little skeptical of taking my Audi to this smaller shop but the Audi dealership can be ridiculous! What excellent customer service. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs and additional work that would be needed and why? Upon checking out I was shown the old parts and shown pictures of faulty work that had been done in the past. Coffee was always available and clean restrooms. My auto service will always go to Master Tech! Less

MasterTech Auto Repair Center is where customer service meets excellent expertise, affordability and honesty!As soon as I entered the shop I felt welcomed and at ease. I came in with AC issues with my car, so I brought it to them, and not only did they fix it, but they brought me into the shop to show me where the problems were before quoting me any prices and repairing. Unfortunately, my compressor had to be exchanged, but the price was not nearly as expensive as I’ve had in previous shops. They found the issue, fixed it, and had it ready in the same day.On another visit I wanted to have my rotors and break pads changed, and he even told me not to change my back ones because they were still good. This speaks on their honesty for sure. Someone out for money would change everything instead of provide honest feedback on the things that actually need to be changed and others that do not.If you decide to go, tell Mo and Charles that Nic and Anna say hi!
